Medical Focus Meeting at Olympus Netherlands

Certification is a hot item in hospital endoscopy departments in The Netherlands. However, the process that should lead to certification is not that easy. What system should be chosen? Who will start working on it? How to implement it and what will be the consequences? And not to forget how should the department cooperate with third parties such as suppliers of medical devices? A group of forty healthcare managers in the field of endoscopy discussed this during the Medical Focus Meeting 'Certificering: vloek of zegen?’, on 1 December 2016 at Olympus Nederland in Zoeterwoude.
