Participation in NL Working Group on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare

NAMCO participates in the development of a national standard on artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare since December 2020.

Applying artificial intelligence in healthcare can support healthcare providers with prediction models for prevention, diagnosis, prognosis, screening or treatment, including the accurate assessment and summarization of data from, for example, imaging, laboratory tests, or spoken texts. According to Dutch Government, AI offers enormous opportunities and has the potential to have an impact on the quality of our care and health.
